By using MatoolHub, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the platform.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Business listings

Business listings are free. By creating a listing, you confirm:

  • You own or have permission to represent the business
  • All information provided is accurate and not misleading
  • You will keep it up to date
  • Your business complies with applicable laws

We may review, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion — for example, for spam, fraud, illegal activity, or content that violates our standards.

3. Prohibited content

You may not list or post:

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Adult content, weapons, drugs, or counterfeit items
  • Spam, misleading claims, or impersonation
  • Content that infringes on someone else's rights
  • Viruses, malware, or harmful code

4. Payments and wallet

Boost purchases and wallet top-ups are paid upfront. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. All payments are final once the boost is activated.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Active boosts at the time of a price change are honored at the original price until they expire.

5. Refunds

Boost purchases are generally non-refundable. If a boost fails to activate due to our error, we will refund it. To request a refund, contact support within 7 days.

6. Reviews

Reviews must be genuine. We remove fake reviews, reviews from business owners about their own business, and reviews that violate our content policy.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform.

The MatoolHub name, logo, design, and code are our property.

8. Third-party links

Listings may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not verify every business. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging with any listed business.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatoolHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account anytime at My data.

12. Disputes

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a site notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
